Staff interviewed Ed in June of 2014. He had been creating his yard environment since the turn of the 21st century. Ed had been employed as an oil field worker most of his life. When asked if he was a welder, he laughed and said, "My son is a welder."

Ed's yard is a visual delight from small pigs heads out of Model T oil pans and their feet out of cast iron bath tub legs to a car that he has completely covered with license plates and other signage that he uses for parade entries.

He asked, "If we had ever watched "Orange County Choppers" on TV?" Then delighted in showing and telling us about his Osborne County Choppers which he made with a combination of push lawn mowers and bicycles.

He and his wife like going to auctions so the yard will continue to grow.
